SAME ASANA NEW TWIST

It can be easy to do the same sequence over and over again in yoga, and repeat postures that feel familiar and satisfying. Yet, our body thrives on variation, new challenges, and new ways of approaching similar movements. This workshop will offer new opportunities to introduce new movements into your yoga practice, strengthening the body, decreasing chance of injury, and improving proprioception.
