Kundalini Yoga Workshop
Sunday February 25th, 2018 1-3pm
The Brain! Join us for a Kundalini practice that will warm up the whole body and do Kundalini Yoga pranayama, kriyas, and meditation to work out and calibrate your brain. We'll do exercises to Tune Up the Frontal Lobe and an ancient meditation taught by Buddha to Tranquilize the Mind and more! In this way we'll flow through various practices that will, in effect, work out the mind and the mental capacities!
All levels welcome. Print outs with information pertaining to the workshop will be handed out so you can take the workshop home with you and start your own daily practice!
About the Instructor:
Bhagat Bir Sighn received his level one teacher certification in 2012 at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City. His class was actually the first to graduate in the Aquarian Age! He started teaching in NYC and has since taught in 8 states and even in Europe. He now brings his passion for the technology that is Kundalini Yoga to 5 Points Local in San Antonio. This yoga changed his life and now he offers these tools whenever and wherever he can.
