Breathe in Calm: A Cooling Summer Experience
Saturday June 30th, 2018 1-3pm
Stress and Heat affects us all. Relaxation is a learnable skill. Stressors and distractions come at us every day. We can soothe ourselves by reinforcing relaxation regularly. Because of that, we need knowledge of multiple techniques to help lower our perception of stress. This restorative cooling class will teach myriad pranayama (breathing) and include restorative poses to bring about physical and mental relaxation.
