This Yoga Basics Series is designed for new students and experienced yogis looking to strengthen the foundations of their practice physically, mentally and spiritually. Classes build from one another and are taught at a slow and comfortable pace. Students will confidently built strength and flexibility while increasing awareness of body, mind & spirit. We teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, correct body alignment, breathing techniques and how to tap into the calm that lives within each one of us.
This workshop is a great way to develop your healthy and sustainable lifelong yoga practice and includes 5 weeks of unlimited yoga classes during this series.
All yoga mats and props provided…just bring yourself.
