Darren Craddock has worked in the wellness field since 1985. He has lived and taught in 6 countries and teaches classes and workshops in 3 languages. He is an expert in the fields of Yoga, energy based medicine, Stress Management, product formulation, Naturopathy, Diet, Nutrition, Herbology and Massage with over 30 years of experience, including more than five years as a health writer and radio talk show host. He advocates and promotes a lifestyle that encourages people towards making healthy choices. Darren is yoga alliance certified in both Hatha and Kundalini yoga and teaches in the Himalayan tradition with a special love for pranayama, meditation and alignment-based Raja yoga. Darren has studied with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, John Friend, Rod Stryker, Rolf Sovik, Donna Farhi and many other renowned teachers. He has been pranayama instructor for the Esther Vexler Yoga School teacher training program in San Antonio for the last 8 years and also teaches workshops on breathwork, partner yoga, The yoga Sutras, Meditation and yogic diet.
