Class Descriptions:

ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga is a traditional yoga practice which includes a set sequence of postures beginning with sun salutations to heat up the body followed by a series of standing postures, seated postures, back-bends and inversions. This beginner-friendly class is a modified version of the Primary Series in which students will be able to learn the fundamentals of Ashtanga and develop their own practice. All levels are welcome!

Candlelight Flow Yoga

This all-levels class aims to shed light into your practice. Offering dharma, not drama, this flow draws upon centering the focus within and leaving behind all the unnecessary. With plenty of challenges and modifications, this flow is great for beginners to experienced yogis. Come one, come all, to ground, breathe, and leave feeling Buddhaful!

Form & flow

Form & Flow combines the the movement-breath connection of flow styles (vinyasa) with the precision and alignment of form-based styles of yoga. This class emphasizes connection of breath and movement, and proper alignment as ways to develop mindfulness and become completely absorbed in the present moment. Form & Flow is intended for students interested in furthering their practice, refining their alignment, and experiencing movement as a form of meditation. Beautiful class for all level of students. 

just yoga

This is a beginner friendly All Levels yoga class where you will find energy, strength, stability, and flexibility while staying kind and gentle to yourself. We will come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana and attain increased balance and an enhanced connection to our highest self. Each class provides personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, energy, and breath–all within a supportive environment. 

Karma yoga Class

Join us for a fun, and energetic vinyasa yoga flow Karma class. There is no fee for the class - a minimum donation of $10 is suggested, but give whatever you can.

Relax, breathe, let go, and bathe in the currents of sound and waves of vibrations of the Universal Gongs played in concert to raise your awareness, expand your consciousness, and center yourself in peace during this one-hour Sound Bath session. Learn how to quiet your mind, still your body, and open your heart by experiencing the eternal now during a Sound Bath. Experience what it is to balance and harmonize your mental state with love, kindness, compassion, and gentleness. When we practice expanding our present moment awareness, we see more. We see more choices, more alternatives, and more solutions. By learning to see without judgement, we expand our consciousness for health, harmony, balance, and well-being. Recommendations include a pillow, blanket, mat, sleeping bag and an eye mask, or anything else that will enhance relaxation throughout the session.

Yoga Flow is a beautiful medium paced movement based yoga practice that is designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Creating a balance of strength and flexibility in the body, especially the spine, as well as a balance of effort and surrender in each asana. While stimulating the circulatory and immune systems we will also pay special attention to the breath, which helps calm the fluctuations of the mind. This allows the practitioner to become more present in the unfolding of each moment, resulting in more awareness and relaxation. This class has a little something for everyone – from a newer to seasoned practitioners. Recommended for All Levels.

This class presents a balanced mix of breath awareness, movement, alignment, strength, and flexibility. Open to all experience levels and individual modifications will be available.

Yoga FLOW

Allow yourself the gift of taking a few moments to step back from your day, and reconnect with yourself, your gratitude, and your inner peace. This is a 45 minute class that is designed to provide a smooth continuous flow of breath, movement, and postures that will enable you to build strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. Reclaim your Day!
